PAYMENT AND DELIVERIES

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. At that time, the order begins to be processed and will be dispatched within the next two days.

When the order arrives at the CTT warehouses, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number and the estimated delivery date. The order will be sent to the address selected by you during the purchase, however, if you want to make any changes, you can access the link that we sent in the email.

We will do everything to ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible. Normally for Portugal it will take 3 working days. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, excluding local or national holidays.

Indicating an incorrect or incomplete address may result in the order being returned to OYSTER RESORTWEAR and result in additional costs for the customer.

In your online purchase, you can choose the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, MBway and Multibanco Reference . The payment process is done in complete security. Your credit card number as well as other Paypal login details are protected and OYSTER RESORTWEAR has no access to this data.

All transactions on our website are secure, and data associated with the card will not be saved, in addition to its identification by the last four digits. The managing entity of this payment method is Stripe.
